Cancellation policy

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the time can be offered to another client.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact the clinic on WhatsApp or by phone at +852 6101 6079.

Privacy notice

Integrated Body Therapies Limited collects your name, email, mobile number, date of birth and any comments you add when you book. We use them to manage your appointments, keep your treatment records, and contact you about your care.

We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us. We do not sell your personal data.

Under Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you. Contact us at contact@ibtherapies.com.

If you tick “Remember me”, your browser stores a random code so you don't have to re-enter your details next time. It contains no personal information, and “Not you?” removes it.
